    If you haven’t exercised recently, start out with 5 or 10 minutes of aerobic activity, and then increase your workout a few minutes each week. Ideally, you should aim for 30 minutes of aerobic exercise five days a week. Come up with a plan that works with your schedule. If you don’t have time for a 30-minute workout, then break it up into smaller time intervals throughout the day.
